Delivery & Pick up
We will make every effort to ensure goods are sent soon after your payment is received. However, circumstances prevent that we will let you know what the delay is and when your goods will be sent.
We use a reliable courier company said above for delivery. It is very important to write down any damages to the package in the docket at the time you receive it in order to claim insurance.
If you do not receive your purchase within the scheduled delivery time, please let us know, so we can contact the courier company to get detailed information about the delivery status.
We are open weekdays from 9.30am to 4.30pm. And some Saturdays from 9.30am to 1.00pm. If you like to come on Saturdays, it is better if you call us before come in.
Shipping cost includes handling and packing fees as well as transport costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and the volume of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
