The gate is fully welded with no screws used, unlike similar gates found elsewhere. Tongue & Groove Slats are laser welded to the frame, and the frame is TIG welded. No glue or plastic is used. The gate is made of aluminum, with the main structure being a strong 100X50 mm square profile, 2.5 mm thick. Tongue & Groove Slats measure 100X20 mm and are 1.3 mm thick.
Gate is 1000mm wide and 1750mm high. Hinges have a gap of 31mm. Weight of the gate is 25Kg
Gate comes with following hardware to install

- Gate Latch
Hinges are welded steel construction with X-Lube bush for free movement of the gate. Hinge is galvanized for durability. X-Lube bush is made of polyamide material impregnated with molybdenum disulphide for self-lubricant properties.
