The gate is fully welded with no screws used, unlike similar gates found elsewhere. Fins are laser welded to the frame, and the frame is TIG welded. Each fin's top is laser welded with aluminum caps to prevent water entry. No plastic is used. The gate is made of aluminum, with the main structure being a strong 75 x 50 mm square profile, 3 mm thick. Fins measure 65 x 16 mm and are 1.2 mm thick. The top railing is 50 x 50 mm and 2.4 mm thick. The weight of the gate is about 60 kg. Please note that, gate should be plumbed vertically in order Polymer Block to slide freely in Guide Channel.
Gate is 3860mm wide and 1450mm high. Gate fits 3.5M gap between posts.
