Welded Aluminium Gates are stronger than gates made of PVC. The gate is fully welded with no screws used, unlike similar gates found elsewhere. Tongue and groove slats are laser welded to the frame, and the frame is TIG welded. No glue or plastic is used. The gate is made of aluminum, with the bottom rail being a strong 100 x 50 mm square profile, 2.5 mm thick. Tongue and groove slats measure 75 x 20 mm and are 1.2 mm thick. Rounded corners of vertical slats give a nice appearance to the gate.
Gate is 3750mm wide and 1750mm high. Gate fits 3.5M gap between posts. Weight of the gate is 82Kg
