Loop Detectors (LOP1)

This Loop Detector works with all our automatic gate openers. This is used when you want to open or close your gate automatically by your vehicle.

3M wide and 1 M length rectangle shape wire loop is buried under ground. This special wire which goes 4 turns inside given conduit encloser (40mm wide). Then whole thing is buried under ground. If you already have a concrete driveway, use a concrete saw to cut a slot about 50mm wide and 40mm in depth. Two ends of the loop wire which runs 4 turns inside the conduit we supply, goes to a controller.

Also just Saw cut and bury 4 turns and seal with proper concrete sealent.

This controller normally stays close to your gate opener. Conduit with wire loop can be buried about 50M before the gate (normally loop detector is used to open the gate). You can change this distance according to your driveway length and the speed you travel. Since all our gate openers have auto gate closing facility (delay time adjustable) no need to use this system set up to close the gate.

It works on when a large steel mass is above the buried loop, Loop Controller picks up a signal and passes it over to the gate opener to open or close the gate.

Kit comes with 65M of special loop wire and DIN rail mountable loop controller. Condute is sold separately.
