Aluminium Scaffolding 4M (ISA401)

Complies to Australian and New Zealand AS/NZS 1576.1:1995 standards.

Platforms can go on any rung level with re-arranging cross bracing (but not on Guardrail Frames) 

Maximum loading on scaffolding is 448Kg.
Maximum loading on each platform is 224Kg.

Ideal scaffolding for narrow spaces. Frames, bracing outriggers etc are constructed with 2” outer diameter and 2.0mm wall thickness aluminium. All the frames ends are reinforced to double thickness. Platforms have trapdoors and open perpendicular to the platform. This makes it easier for the user as feet can be planted on the crossbar of the platform end. Platforms are made of an aluminium frame with treated plywood decking. The surface of the platforms are serrated for better grip and minimize accidental slipping. This scaffolding has two Trap door platforms. Climb up to the scaffolding from the side fitted with trapdoor but inside of the scaffolding.

First, go up from the side which has a trap door. Open the trapdoor of lower-level then close the trapdoor. Repeat the same to go up the upper level.

Frames are manufactured from strong 6061-T6 aluminium and anodized for durability. All joints are welded for maximum strength. High tensile spring pins lock the frames together preventing accidental dislodgement. 
Braces are self-locking spring-loaded type. Hooks are easy to fit or remove they can be locked into place in one simple operation. They are colour coded in Blue, Yellow and Black for easy identification.
