Fiberglass Scaffolding 2.8M (ISF18)

This is 2.8M mobile fiberglass scaffolding is for industrial use. This scaffolding has a ladder inbuilt to one side frame. Overall height is 2.8M. Platform height is 1.8M. Scaffolding is 1.4M wide and 0.75M deep.

Patent Fail-Safe Joint design

This Fiberglass Mobile Scaffold Tower is fabricated and constructed with unique patented Fail-Safe Joint Design. Non-Descending joint design for conventional GRP Towers and totally avoid disconnection of Joints thus ensuring the highest safety and best rigid structure among the insulation scaffolds.

Non-Conductive

Its Non-Conductive characteristic generally is for using in power supply installation, maintenance work to ensure safety. Suitable to be used in Electrical Engineering, Railway and Power Generation Engineering Work.

Corrosive Resistance   

Non-Corrosive is resistance to electrolytic corrosion caused by deterioration and damages by contact with gasoline, oils, lacquers, emulsion and those solvents mostly found in industrial sites. Suitable to be used in Chemical Industry.

Anti-Oxidising

Fiberglass Scaffold Tower System has special insulation and resistance to oxidation, users can keep the work surface clean without residue. Suitable to be used in Food, Medical and Drug Manufacturer where Sensitive Hygiene is required. 

Non-Sparking

Despite many Industrial application yields hazardous static electricity, this Insulation Scaffolding is Non-Sparking. Suitable to be used safely in an area where Dust, Vapour Flammable or Combustible Products exist.

Structural Components

• Structural components of Fiberglass Reinforce Nylon material with High Yield Stress and Strain to resist strong impact force.
• Main tube made by Fiberglass Reinforced Resin material with High Tensile Strength.
• Convenient built-in vertical ladder, which reduces the number of components utilizing at the same height and also ensures Safety Ladder Access for operators
